When you request a conversation
We collect the name, email address, optional company name and message you submit, along with the submission date and request status. MudaGen uses these details to respond to your request, arrange a walkthrough or discuss feedback and pilot opportunities. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in a database provided through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. The inbox is restricted to the MudaGen owner. Form messages are not sent to an AI model. Please do not include confidential company records, inventory files or sensitive personal information in your message.
Security and spam prevention
The form uses validation and submission limits. It stores a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for abuse prevention, rather than the raw IP address in the request database. Hosting providers may separately process network and security logs. Older requests are removed after 90 days when new submissions are processed. A maximum of 500 requests is retained in this inbox.
Cookies and tracking
This marketing site does not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics. The hosting and security providers may use essential cookies. The private owner inbox uses sign-in cookies. Public visitors do not need to sign in.
The interactive demo
The dashboard uses fictional inventory data. Some demo choices and action history are stored in the visitor’s browser. Live AI generation requires an invitation and an explicit click, and may send the selected sample context to OpenAI. Please use sample data only in the public demo.
Text and voice conversations
When you send a chat question, its text and a bounded recent conversation history are sent to OpenAI through MudaGen’s server. Inventory answers use supplied fictional sample records. When you record a voice question, up to 30 seconds of audio are sent for transcription after you stop; you can review the transcript before sending it as a chat question. Browser microphone permission is requested when you choose Voice. Read-aloud uses your browser or device’s speech service. MudaGen stores usage counts, model names, token counts, audio duration and a keyed network identifier for limits; it does not save conversation text or recordings in its database. Conversations remain in page memory until cleared or reloaded. Please do not share confidential or sensitive information in public demo chat.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the website request form to ask about your information or request deletion. Include the email address used in the original request. We may ask you to verify ownership before changing or deleting a record.
