2–4 weeks
A focused read-only pilot, after usable data and access are available, for a defined plant, material group and set of users.
HOW WE DELIVER
Start with the decisions your team needs to improve. Agree the data, integration, responsibilities and acceptance criteria before moving into production.

Use these indicative windows to begin a planning conversation. They are proposed scoping ranges, not a track record or a delivery commitment.
A focused read-only pilot, after usable data and access are available, for a defined plant, material group and set of users.
A connected rollout planning window covering integration, approvals, testing and onboarding. Complex ERP or multi-site scopes may take longer.
Your statement of work sets the actual milestones, dependencies, customer responsibilities, support and commercial terms.
Choose use cases, ERP environment, plants, users, automation level and measurable acceptance criteria.
Map identifiers and units, reconcile totals, check dates and resolve missing or contradictory records.
Review recommendations with planners and buyers. Compare the output with real operating constraints and record feedback.
Configure the agreed interfaces and approvals. Test permissions, failed transactions and reconciliation in a non-production environment.
Train the users, confirm acceptance and move into the agreed support and review cadence.
| Role | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Business sponsor | Scope, priorities, budget and acceptance ownership |
| Planner / buyer / inventory owner | Data interpretation, operating rules and pilot feedback |
| ERP / IT owner | Approved access, integration environment, security and technical validation |
| Process / approval owner | Transaction authority, thresholds, exceptions and change control |
Data readiness, ERP access, custom workflows, procurement reviews and customer testing availability have the greatest effect on the schedule.
As an initial scoping guide, a focused read-only pilot may be planned for 2–4 weeks after usable data and access are available. A connected rollout can be scoped in a 6–12+ week planning window; custom interfaces and multi-site controls can take longer. These are proposed planning ranges, not guaranteed delivery times. Discovery produces your actual milestones and responsibilities.
See the delivery stagesYes. Define a plant, material group, user team and recurring decision problem. Agree the data, success measures and acceptance process. A focused pilot helps validate both the recommendations and the practical fit before extending the scope or enabling ERP execution. Pilot fees and terms are included in your proposal.
We scope onboarding around the users and workflows in your project, including data review, action ownership, AI use and approval handling. Training, launch support, ongoing support hours and response commitments are set in the proposal. We do not assume a 24/7 service or a particular SLA unless it is explicitly agreed.
The workflow identifies affected records and the specific checks needed. Missing values should not silently become zero. Before production, we reconcile totals with the source system, validate sample materials and agree who resolves issues. A record needing verification remains visible rather than becoming an unsupported recommendation.
