One material. Several commitments.

01

Assembly and kitting

See material demand in context and identify missing supply before the next receipt. Detailed BOM and production-order integration is scoped with your ERP team.

02

Accessories and service

Account for components shipped alongside finished goods or held for service rather than consumed in production.

03

Interplant supply

Evaluate another facility’s demand while protecting the source plant’s own availability.

Start with a material family, plant or recurring problem.

A focused pilot can evaluate shortage detection, delayed receipts and buyer follow-up for a defined set of materials. Agree the baseline, the users and the decisions that will count as success.

Capacity analysis, detailed production planning and scheduling are part of MudaGen’s intended expansion. They are discussed separately from the current inventory scope, with availability and delivery commitments agreed explicitly.

ANSWERS BEFORE YOU START

A few practical questions.

All frequently asked questions
Will capacity analysis and production planning be available?

Those are planned expansion areas for the MudaGen platform. The current starting point is inventory intelligence and material decisions. We agree future-module availability and commitments separately; there is no public release-date promise for capacity analysis or production scheduling.

Read the platform direction
Can the same material support production, accessories, kits and transfers?

Yes. The sample workflow includes production, accessory shipments, kitting, interplant transfers, service, maintenance and direct fulfillment. Keep those uses tied to the material and plant, and avoid counting the same transfer or kit event twice. Detailed reservations and priorities follow the data and business rules agreed for your deployment.

How long will implementation take?

As an initial scoping guide, a focused read-only pilot may be planned for 2–4 weeks after usable data and access are available. A connected rollout can be scoped in a 6–12+ week planning window; custom interfaces and multi-site controls can take longer. These are proposed planning ranges, not guaranteed delivery times. Discovery produces your actual milestones and responsibilities.
