PLATFORM / ERP AUTOMATION

From a good decision to an authorized ERP action.

Choose how your business executes: advisory support, a planner or manager approval, or routine automation within company-approved rules.

Your workflow. Your level of automation.

01

Advisory

The team reviews a proposed quantity, timing and action. Execution follows your existing operating process.

02

Approval-led execution

An authorized planner, buyer or manager approves the proposed document. MudaGen submits it to the connected ERP and records the result.

03

Policy-led automation

Routine transactions execute within pre-approved rules, such as quantity and value limits. Exceptions route to the responsible owner.

Document support depends on your ERP version and enabled interfaces. A transfer document coordinates warehouse work; physically moving stock still follows the facility’s process.

Approval is one step in a complete transaction.

  1. 01

    Validate

Check the source data, quantities, dates, permissions, budget and applicable business rules before submission.

  2. 02

    Authorize

Capture an explicit owner approval or verify that the transaction fits a previously authorized policy.

  3. 03

    Submit and reconcile

Use the agreed ERP interface, capture the document reference, handle failures and reconcile the final state.

The public automation demo simulates this workflow using fictional data. Live connectors, audit records, retry behavior and reconciliation are configured and tested during customer delivery.

ANSWERS BEFORE YOU START

A few practical questions.

All frequently asked questions
Can AI place orders and initiate stock transfers?

Yes, in an ERP-connected deployment. Configure MudaGen to submit authorized orders, transfer documents or planning updates after the required approval, or within pre-approved company policies. Exact document support, permissions and exception handling are tested with your ERP team. The public demo simulates these transactions.

Compare automation modes
What happens if ERP submission fails or a result is uncertain?

Failure handling is part of integration design: validate before submission, avoid duplicate documents, capture references and reconcile the ERP result. An uncertain result should be checked before retrying. We test the agreed failure and escalation paths in a non-production environment before enabling execution.

Can AI move inventory between facilities?

A connected deployment can initiate an authorized stock-transfer document and coordinate the system workflow. Physical movement still requires the warehouse or logistics process: picking, handling, transport and receipt. The public demo illustrates the document and approval steps without moving real stock.
